The Astronomer was dedicated to exploring the skies, especially the moon. This piece is one of my most detailed in 2019 and was one of the last paintings i showed in La Bodega Gallery when it was still running. With it Da Vinci like aesthetic, this piece was a culmination of my love for Astronomy and Da Vinci’s studies as well.
